CATTAMEC SRL (consulting)
Consulting has always been a plus offered by the company to its customers. Dino's 50 years of experience have been complemented by the technical skills of his sons, particularly Marco, a mechanical engineer. In 2017, the decision was made to establish Cattamec srl, an engineering firm, which offers specialized consulting, feasibility studies of new products and optimization of existing products.

MACHINARY
Our machine fleet consists of more than 30 machines. C.D. CATTANEO DINO SRL boasts a battery of 21 CAM machines that, despite their age and apparent inferiority compared to a numerical control, allow important batch productions with unparalleled costs and times. Working alongside these are state-of-the-art CNC lathes. By company choice, the NC machines are manufactured by Japanese companies, the best in the business.
STAFF
Even the most advanced and efficient machine needs an operator to perform at its best. This is why our staff is composed only of stable and experienced figures. The operators working on the machines are exclusively toolmakers.
ZEISS
In 2019, the decision was made to invest in a machine that would allow us to be autonomous and prepared in the area of metrology as well. The market's increasingly demanding requirements in terms of accuracy led to the decision to purchase a certified ZEISS-labeled O-INSPECT and to create an in-house constant-temperature metrology room.
ISO 9001:2015
In 2024, with the transformation into a limited liability company (SRL), it was natural to make the decision to reorganize internally and optimize our management processes by embarking on the ISO 9001 path. This choice stemmed from our desire for improvement and was appreciated by our customers.
